Genuinely cool, a Waver is an experimented mentor of well-being.

Here to guide you to design a flexible and dynamic program at your arrival, a Waver takes care of your personal objectives during the journey. Present at the key times of the day to share a must-have expertise in wellness and practices, the role of our Wavers is to support you at your ease during the time of all sport and mindfulness activities.

Our discreet team of Wavers is only composed of open-minded, motivational and simply amazing people.

EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL DAY

  • 9am: Awakening – Mindfulness meditation – Muscular relaxation​​
  • 10am: Breakfast elaborated by our nutritionist and prepared by our chef
  • 11am: Open air sport session
  • 12.30pm: Lunch and free time
  • 2.30pm: Meditation – Breathing exercises and body warm-up
  • 3pm: Conference on the chosen topic (personal development, lifestyle, leadership…)
  • 5pm: Snack
  • 5.30pm: Naturotherapy – Sensorial awakening – Meeting with the Wavers team followed by a chosen physical activity
  • 7pm: Diner
  • 9pm: Meditation – Stress regulation – Sleep preparation – Free time

Wellness Wave believes in the benefits of a customised digital detox. The program dedicates a few hours during the day for the guests to keep in touch with the rest of the world. Onboard, an appointed photographer can capture their memorable moments along the journey.
